Pricing

Design needs are rarely one-size-fits-all, and I treat them accordingly. Whether you're needing book cover and layout, brand identity, or a suite of campaign graphics, I’ll work with you to define a plan and scope that fits your goals, timeline, and budget.

To give you a starting point:

  • Brand identity packages from $2000-$3,500+
(Logo development, color and typography systems, brand guide and basic brand collateral)

  • Marketing design from $500–$2,000+
(Websites, event materials, social graphics, e-newsletters, one-pagers)

  • Book design from $600–$4,000+
(Cover, layout, ebook. Additional promotional services priced separately)

These figures are here to help you plan, but all rates are thoughtfully considered during the project scoping and briefing process. I believe in transparent pricing and fair compensation that reflects both the scope of the work and your specific needs.

Book Production

The book production process is rarely linear, but having skilled, experienced partners in your corner can make all the difference.

This timeline outlines a typical book production process, from early editing and design phases to campaign development and launch. Timelines and task order may shift depending on how the book is being published (traditional, hybrid, or self-published) and the chosen print or distribution method.

Do I use AI?

Absolutely. I use AI, not to replace creativity, but to support it. As a workflow tool, it helps me streamline research, generate ideas, and organize information. Freeing up time and mental space for creative thinking and intentional design decision-making. It plays a role in my planning and concepting process, enhancing efficiency without compromising creative integrity.

Designers and artists would be doing a disservice to themselves, and their clients, by ignoring the ways AI can expand our skills and capabilities. When used intentionally, it sharpens our focus on crafting thoughtful, human-centered experiences, whether it's a book, brand, or campaign.

How I don’t use AI

I don’t use AI to generate final creative work or replace the emotional intelligence that’s essential to good design. Misused, AI can become a distraction, pulling us away from our intuition and the deeper listening that gives this work its meaning. Like any tool, its value depends on intention. Without that, it can lead to outcomes that are guided by fact, but not by feeling. Accurate, maybe, but disconnected. The most impactful design balances knowledge with instinct and centers human experience above all.
